Care Groups - 5/12 & 5/14

Care Groups meet this week on Wednesday and Friday nights in various homes throughout the Knoxville area.  (If you are new to CCK and not yet involved in a Care Group, you can check out our CG locator to find more information about a group near you.  We would love to have you visit a CG this week!)

We'll be discussing Bill's message from Sunday on James 2:14-26, entitled "Dead Faith."  The main point from this message is "examine your faith by examining your works." 

Here's a way you can prepare to apply this message -- Ask your roommate, spouse, friend, or CG Leader this question:

  • "Is my faith active?  -- Do you see application of God's Word in my life? Am I a doer of the Word?" 

Let's all seek to be doers of God's Word and not hearers only.  Our CG Meetings can be a means of grace this week to help us to that end!
